regisrtation/importation question

I've just been told that my "92 jade on silver delica is in transition at the Yokohama docks so I'm getting ready to tackle the registration/inspection issues.
Is there anyone in the Victoria BC area that has jumped the hoops recently....If so, can I call you to get the low-down???
