first quickie mod

This was a rush job, and my first attempt at a mod. It was the day before I had to leave for a five day stay in the woods, and I had yet to build something to sleep on. So I gathered some off-cuts from work, put this together.
These are what I used for the frame. I leveled across from the cushion behind the passenger seat (from the sides, the highest point) and took a measurement, subtracted three and a half inches for the height of the studs. put it all together and used a left over piece of ply for a cross brace added plywood on top I had a sheet of 3/4 that I piano hinged and put across from behind the seats to that platform for a nice, level bed. It's a bit rough, and not perfect. I could use a more well thought out storage plan. But in a pinch it works. Very simple plan and construction.
Man, it was cold at night! It got down to about -17. I love my sleeping bag!!!
