L400 body styles - quick question

I'm interested in buying a Delica and am leaning towards the L400. I have to buy a low roof in order to be able to park it in my apartment's garage. I would prefer to get a long wheel base because I'm 6' 5" so it'd be more comfortable for sleeping. Do they make low roof L400s in the long wheel base option (I believe it would be a Super Exceed)? Or do the low roofs only come in the shorter model (Exceed)?
Also, do the low roofs that have sun/moon roofs typically have problems with leaking and/or issues opening and closing? I test drove one the other day and the sun roof in the front of the car had problems closing and made a horrible noise when the button was engaged. Is this common? I'd rather have a van with the moon roofs but not if it's only going to cause headaches.

LWB do not come in low roof
the rear moon roof's are usually good
the front sunroof is prone to seizing on the rail because the push/pull system is very weak.

Thank you for the info! The sun or moon roofs don't typically have a problem with leaking? If that's the case then maybe I'll still try and get it and just not use the front sun roof much. At least it lets in more light.

Hi Briand, welcome to Delica Canada 
I understand you are leaning toward an L400 but just to put things in perspective ~ one can stack 4'x8' sheets of plywood flat in the cabin of an L300, which has a shorter wheel base than the L400 SWB. I am only six feet tall but there are others taller that drive these vehicles, I'm sure a SWB L400 would hold you comfortably... smiles.

I'd look very very very carefully for any signs of rust around sun/moonroofs. I have a low-roof on my L400 for exactly the same reasons as you, and there are days when I'd love windows overhead.
But that said, she spends a fair amount of time outside and from personal experience, leaky cars bite the large one. So it's a tradeoff.
And as for L300 vs. L400, I'm very happy with my personal choice. Two years and 41,000 kms with no real headaches, lotsa fun, and just today when the rains made the roads slicker'n hell - pop it into AWD with no fuss no drama and it's as if it were on rails.

I'm 6' 5"
mmm I'm 6'4" and can't fit into a low roof so suggest a test drive as hard to drive with head at at odd angles unless often going around corners at break neck
speed
