Installing a new fuse block to....?

I am looking at a few projects I would like to undertake for my Deli, and it occurred to me that a fuse block is a good idea. Now, if I want to connect it to power such that it only operates with the ignition on, how would I go about that?

By this, I mean where would be a good place to run say #4 Gauge wires to that bypassed the normal 12 volt sources such as the cigarette lighter to?

Suggestions? (I searched on here, the UK forum and Oz and did not find an answer, but maybe I was not specific in my terminology.)

Just generally, you'd need a relay of sufficient capacity between the battery and the fuse block. Then you could tap into an "ignition-on" wire to close the relay, powering the fuse block.

x2 on above

Or put in a battery disconnect switch so you turn it on separate (Handy for a camper when you only need the power camping and want it off other times.
