More on rear springs. Landrover/Rangerover

I think I am clear on this, but I just want to confirm:
in the case of "the Land Rover Spring", are "Land Rover" and "Range Rover" being used interchangeably?
I only ask because Delica Canada folks talk about the Land Rover, and MDOCUK folks talk about the Range Rover. Rovers North lists 1 spring for Range Rovers/Defenders:

Which brings my second question: Will the _Standard_ land rover spring (as listed above) give an L400 some lift?
Finally, it seems the left and right rover springs are different. Based on the above link (stolen from another thread), do I want to buy 2 left springs?
Ultimate goal is a little lift/torsion bar tweak to stuff 31" tires under an LWB l400.

To stuff 31" tires, you'll need the following spacers in addition to taller springs:
Front upper balljoint spacers .95" tapered
Rear sway bar drop down spacers 1-2"
Rear brake booster step up spacer 1-2"

And most likely you'll need to trim/hack some corner/metal on the rear side (front wheel wells) depending on wheel offset and tire width.

So no idea on the rear springs then? I'm thinking I might source longer stab bar links vs. drop down brackets.

longer link works. I found that the spacer works better as it feels as stiff as in stock position without a lift. with longer links (tried it from a Jeep), there is more sway.
From what I've heard, the rovers are good for a lift but suck if you put any load/weight on them.
You'll have to cut and trim the spring ends to suit the perches on the L400 as the coils are different.

Can I get the dimensions of the inside and outside width, coil wire diameter, and over all length? Maybe the load rating for each.
Trying to find something to lift a swb paj 2-3 inches with a higher spring rate for load. Anybody know if spacers will help keep the rear off the bump stops while loaded, I can't imagine the springs compressing all the way regardless.

Pajero coils are different.
Because you have a shorty, your lift is easy. 1-1.5" lift if you fit stock LWB Pajero/Montero coils and crank the front T-bars. That's it. If you want 2-3", you can order the coils online here:

A 2" LWB coil will lift your SWB 3"

I was going to do that but read on the UK forums that unless they are well used, the spring rate is far too high for a shorty and you get no flex and a bad ride. So buying new LWB springs is out of the question.
I've been looking for a wrecked gen II LWB to pillage with no luck yet. let me know if one comes up!

Just cross-linked back here from the WTB thread.
Will Montero Ball Joint spacers work on the L400?
Based on some of the reading/my intended use, I'm thinking I'm better off with the air bags in the rear to get a little lift and reduce sag when loaded.
Just figuring out the front end. VAn was uncrated yesterday. Sorting out insurance this week.
