I've seen small clips on a test hummer but never on a civilian vehicle

interesting concept

full of holes (pardon the pun) that could fill up with rocks/muds,etc.. affect balancing.. so many issues but cool nonetheless

Only the demo tires have holes. Turns out they are extremely noisy with the holes at highway speeds. The finished retail tires would have normal sidewalls.
