Look out Ghetto Snorkel, the Ghetto Awning is here!

I was inspired by thedjjack and his ghetto snorkle (
http://www.delica.ca/forum/the-45-00-snorkel-9205.html ). I wanted an awning but I didn't want to buy a basket rack and expensive awning to go with it so this is what I did... Check out the complete build here...

Nice job, Adam... but it doesn't really look all that ghetto. Lines are too clean. All the same.... nice job, indeed.

Not enough PVC pipe to be ghetto, but impressive none the less. Now if you change out the tent pegs for screwdrivers you would be taking a step in the right direction.

I think the ghetto part is yet to be seen until, lets say 30 mins after the rain starts.. The (as yet unseen) broomstick will needed to remove new above ground swimming pool that will surely be there.

Haha. That sure may come true, however the poles are adjustable so I might be able to drop them down to a steeper angle to overcome this.
