At least it isn't raining hard in Vancouver

Having a small problem with my middle sun roof on my L400 SWB Exceed. Went to close it today and noticed it was difficult to open the interior sunroof cover. Eventually was able to push it and noticed the window would only close 75%. It looks like the two little "lifter" arms' plastic things are sheared off, as you can see in the picture. Anyone know of anyone in Vancouver who is able to fix that? We are only in Van until the end of the weekend then heading back to Vic. Would hate to have to drive all the way to Coombs to get this looked at....
