L400 Oil Filter Nipple Question

Was looking into a 26mm sandwich adapter for the L400 and the vendor asked if the L400 has just a simple threaded nipple of average length or the type of nipple seen in the attached pics (from a Pajero) that has the threaded section and then a bit of an extension after the threaded section.
I don't remember from when doing an oil change...
