I just done my daily expeditionportal.com checking and found this article:

Gunther Holtorf, his wife (R.I.P.), his car Otto, two Leica cameras and nothing else from this new digital world... just a never ending road trip since the Berlin wall felt down.

Sadly there are no more photos and videos about the trip, expect this one: http://vimeo.com/11322207 from Taiwan.

Really really inspiring story and video as well.

I just have to say: "I want to see the World".

Saw this the other day on the TopGear website http://www.topgear.com/uk/car-news/gunt ... 2012-07-24
Awesome! Very inspirational.

We are heading to the US National Whitewater Centre in Charlotte, NC next week. It's definitely not a long enough trip, but it counts! We're travelling with our friends in their '77 Westy. Needless to say, I will be bringing tools...for them. :-D
