Calgary / Edmonton meet

So the dates are coming up soon so time to start organizing. I'm available for a meet in Calgary from September 22nd to the 24th in the morning or early afternoon. I'd also be available for a meet in Edmonton later on the 24th or on the 25th. Ideally I'd like to meet on the 24th between Calgary and Edmonton but I realize that may be inconvenient for others. Feel free to make suggestions here and if we decide to have 2 meets I'll make separate events for each.

I am back at work now so I can only meet in the evening. Plus my wife hasn't popped yet so I am still waiting to meet our new baby!!
Let me know what you decide and I will do my best to meet up. Any other Edmonton Posse want to meet up too?

The 24th or 25th in the evening would both work for me then. Choose a day and the earliest time you could make it by and I'll set up a new event thread...

7:00pm is about the earliest I can make it. I can help try to arrange a meeting point for you. Are you coming into Edmonton to stay somewhere for the night or are you just coming to meet up?

7:00pm works, I'm staying 2 nights with friends but don't know where exactly they live. What if we shoot for the 24th at 7:00pm in the southern part of Edmonton since I know I'll be going through there? I dont know Edmonton at all, so is this a practical plan?

Sounds great. Lots of places to meet in the south of Edmonton. We can take suggestions on the new thread, but there is a Timmy's there or the IKEA lot is pretty big....not that we will need it to be huge- last meet was only about 10 of us
I think only 3 were Deli's, not that that matters. I likes me the Pajeros too.

I'll make it at IKEA just so we don't have a last minute scramble to pick a location causing people not to show up (it has happened to some Vancouver ones) but I'll leave it open to change.
Now to figure our Calgary...

I will actually be up around Edmonton the weekend of the 22nd, so unfortunately I won't be around Cowtown when you will
Over two years with a Deli and still no luck making it to a Deli meet-up!

Ikea seems to be a theme in BC for their meets......so why not meet at the Calgary Ikea Friday evening.
There are a few fast food joints nearby that we can even get some decent food.....
