So I'm gonna do the timing belt job at 120,000km as advised. Should the radiator usually be changed at that point? I believe it is the original copper one. How long do they last?
Thx

KEEP THE RADIATOR
take it too a rad shop and have it cleaned the new plastic aluminum rads are not as good.

I would take an aluminum rad over copper...
but we are talking about a PLASTIC end tank radiator and not a true aluminum rad..sorry article does not compare the aluminum radiator you are getting
plastic tanks eventually leak at the joint, plastic tanks cannot be repaired by a rad shop (remember delica rads are not as easy to find on the road).
copper can be fixed by any rad shop, even the owner in the bush...
weight??? delica = race car?? I take a weight penalty for a radiator that can be serviced..

...second the Jack, the plastic tank units are good for a few years....maybe:( Recore by a
reputable rad shop is the best option.
Rad weight?..really???...ha, ha, ha, ha...
