Had to Laugh Out Loud when I read that one - at Wal Mart in Burnaby...

How on earth could you leave your engine "idling" when your engine is shut off?

Oh well... it is, still, commendable that they at least try to deal with the issue!

...you are idling in the parking lot.

I've idled away many an hour in a parking lot.
