L400 rear ladder ~ SOLD.

I've got a Terzo ladder for a l400. It's for a tall roof, and SWB if that makes a difference. Bit of paint is peeling on the top plate, but is in great shape other than that.
I've been offered $250 and said I'll take it if someone doesn't offer me $300. So the price is $300 firm.
