My old visors were cloudy and cracked. I am looking for a pair of window visors. Anyone know where to buy them or who still made them?

cheers,
seb

Hi Delicashop!
I have a 1992 L300 Super Exceed with those clip on (I think) wide visors. I may have a pair located here in Vancouver already. But how much are those used ones or brand new ones? And shipping cost? Send me a email to let me know. I actually would like to buy a set for spare parts. Just in case they crack again, I don't have to look around for them.

cheers,
seb

Is there any of the dealers around B.C. who carry these?

What is it like to run without those window visors? Mine are getting cloudy and hard to see through, and I was wondering if it would make a change in the amount of wind noise?

I took mine off after the first few days...I'd say there is less noise without them.

the other option is to clear them up... I found turtle-wax did wonders at making mine clear again, other people have reported good luck with brasso as well....

Thanks Green1. I'm always impressed that you have lots of good suggestions and take the time to respond. You may be more Delicrazed than most of us! :-D

I may spend entirely too much time on this and other forums... it's possible... and hey, if I have the knowledge, what's the point to keeping it all to myself?

I'll try to take that as a compliment :)

I pulled my visors off and I like it better without. My main issue is that I'm 6'5" and didn't like looking through the visor rather than just the window. Always tended to distort things a little. They are hanging in my garage and are in good condition if anyone wants them just let me know.
