Frozen doors

Merry christmas.Anybody have any tips to prevent doors getting frozen shut. My sliding door is the worst. Sometimes it won't budge even from the inside. Cheers
Have you tried using a silicone spray on the rubber?
I treat mine once or twice a year to keep them happy.
