Inner Tie Rod end replacement

Hi Guys,
I just got my van back from my Alberta inspection. The main issue is that my Inner left tie rod is rusted and the boot is cracked. Are these something my local mechanic can remove and replace? Also any suggestions on who to buy these parts off online? I was looking at Coombs auto and they have them in stock for a reasonable price. If i'm replacing the inner should I also replace the outer while it's apart? Anything else that I should be replacing while it's in the shop?

Also they said that my headlights need adjusting but to me it seems like they light up the road just fine but he failed them. I can't figure out how to actually adjust them. Any suggestions on that?

I also need the male buckle for the middle rear seat. Anyone have a spare they could sell me? as well as my middle left passenger chair is missing one of the female buckle receptors on the same side that the male lap belt is on.

I want to get this stuff all sorted as quickly as possible so any suggestions are welcome

Thanks a ton guys your a wealth of knowledge.

Marc

Your headlight's are probably pointing too high, L300 lights usually don't light up the road. :-D There are screws underneath the assembly to adjust with assuming your are already DOT or E code.

You don't need to replace the outer tie rod ends when you replace the inner ones and yes, any mechanic can do this.
