Standard ride height?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering what the standard ride height is on an L300. I saw another L300 in town last week, and it looked alot lower than mine, it was on 215's and mine's on 30x9.5's, I'm just wondering what the measurement is from the wheel hub to the wheel arch?

thanks

That's a little bit like asking how long is a piece of string.

Ride height depends on tire size and fitted suspension components (whether stock or modified).

Are you concerned about droop on the front-end or just over-all standard height?

I know there's alot of variables, and everyone on here is in different states of modification, I'm trying to find the average heights on stock to lifted, to see where mine falls in, the guy I bought it from didnt know too much about it

I'm not concerned about droop or sag ( it sits pretty good, just bad dive on braking, but I know my brakes are tired, replacing them soon) I'm just trying to determine if mine is stock with slightly larger tires, or if it's actually been lifted

If you're diving on braking, excessively, it could be your shocks are worn out. I used to have a lot of fun hopping while waiting for the light to change... ya, that wore out the shocks even faster. Damn, didn't it look cool though.

yeah, I meant shocks, dont know why I typed brakes, I'm just waiting on a quote from my buddy who runs a parts shop for new shocks.

I've been working on cars for over 10 years, my last 4x4 ( a 94 Hilux surf) I lifted 2", put her on 33's, changed the gears to keep the speedo correct, ect
