Making a Delica compliant in Canada

Hello Everyone,
I was just curious because I have seen some things that need to be changed (lights, side reflectors) on the Deli to make it compliant in Canada but is there anything else that needs to be done? Or is there a main comman failure or something that is hard to change? My main reason for asking is that there is a dealer where I live (Winnipeg) who does importing to Winnipeg, more commanly the Surf. Now in my search to find a turbo diesel is when I came across the Delica......But i guess my main concern is availibility of parts for the Deli and to actually find a place to work on them if anything goes wrong.
Also I was curious what people are paying for a Deli, because I can get a saftied Surf here for $7500-8500 ..........or I can get an unsaftied Deli for about $6700 shipped to Winnipeg...........so then how much will it cost around to get it saftied??
Thanks a bunch
