I made this sheet of labels for the fuse box (in English) and am posting it to share it. It should print to scale so you can stick it on your fuse cover.

I'm getting some laminated, and will bring them to a swap meet sometime.

That's great, thanks very much. Now the next question is where the heck is the fuse panel?

Wow Morganizer, you did a superb job. You are hereby voted in as an Honourable Delica Community Ambassador, congrats.

Jay says thanks, he will print a sheet of them to stick on the fuse covers of the various owners he helps with wiring "electrickery".

Hugs Christine

Hey Rattlenbang, the fuse panel for this diagram is the one by your right knee at the base of the steering wheel. This is the one that you most need to access, for headlights, horn, etc. Get a little plastic tweezer thingy to pull out fuses. Keep a couple of each fuse size handy, but buy good fuses they really differ.

Asap you should look at your panel (stand outside your open drivers door, with a good flashlight). Compare with the chart, never never replace a fuse with a larger number (ie "head upper" means high beam headlight, which should be 15Amp fuse, sometimes bad owners say silly things like heyyy, if I replace the 15Amp one that just blew, and instead I put in a 20amp, then I will never have to replace the fuse again. Hmmm, now the wiring itself will catch fire if you have a short circuit.

More advanced info: In terms of fuse stuff, if only a single bulb dies, then usually you find fuse in this fuse panel. But if you ever get a herd of stuff fail at the same time (alll lights and horn for example), or one quarter (ie rear right) of electrical stuff, then your culprit is the Fusible LInk, that floats above the battery. It is a small black square plastic with 4 wires coming out of it then curving back in to it, each of those 4 wires is a fuse (just without the pretty plastic colour housing of the fuses by your knee. Again, never replace the wire on a fusible link with any that is not exactly the same rating (the wire colour might vary, but the written rating on the wire is the bible.

If we ever meet up, remind me to show you all the important wires, takes just a couple minutes.

Cheers, Christine.

Thanks Christine, I suspect I would have looked quite awhile before finding that. I was even under there just a few days ago routing wiring for my pyrometer and never even noticed. Hopefully we will meet up one of these days, you're a great help on this forum.

Darn, in an effort to tidy up, I deleted my legacy! I made a couple of changes to the file, and uploaded a new version, which has been downloaded 90 times. The old file (with the green) had been downloaded 430 times -- at 16 per sheet, that's a lot of fuse box labels!

Thanks for the one you gave to me Morganizer. Fair trade, eh? They are very tidy. Nice job!

Falco.
