Horrible Service From JDM Connection

I bought a Prado from JDM Connection and I have a Delica from another source. I just called up JDM Connection for some technical advice about my Delica and encountered the least helpfull and rudest salesman I have ever met. He told me he didn't know the answer to my technical problem and that he "didn't know anyone who would be interested in explaining it to me"
Yikes, according to their website "Our business is based on word of mouth and a good reputation". I know I'll certainly be making my future purchases with this in mind.
