Adjustable track / panhard bar

Just wondering if anyone knows what other make would be the same as ours? Every time I ask someone for an adjustable track bar they can't help me out. Nobody seems to carry a universal fit. Are our rear track bars the same as a jeep or a landcruiser or anything? Thanks!
