All my lights/dash lights are flickering , it started off a little but it's now a constant flicker. Has anyone had this problem? Could it be the alternator?

Absotively, the alternator is dying. If you have a battery charger, you can plug in overnight to keep the batteries topped up so you can start. Dont drive in the dark, as your headlights will lose power as the battery loses power. But a dying alternator will kill the batteries, and vice versa so deal with it asap. If you are able to remove your own alternator, then take it to an alternator rebuild shop yourself, that is the cheapest option. As always when looking for a delica repair person, find someone who trained on NON computerised vehicles ie an older mechanic who loves classic cars from the 60s and 70s, and in this case find a shop that only does alternators and starters (usually some dusty little shop on a dusty street) as they are the experts.
