Delica Canada | Mitsubishi Van Club

My over drive switch and my hot/cold box have stopped working at the same time. I'm thinking it might be a fuse. Any thoughts on what fuse it might be, and is there a second fuse box apart from the one under the hood? Or any other theories on what it can be?

There is the fuse box below the steering wheel. I posted the pictures for the fuse box in English not to long ago
