L400 Maintenance Schedule

As a soon-to-be L400 owner, I've been doing some reading on future maintenance requirements.
While every source seems to have a different opinion on what needs to be done and when, the only published "Service Chart" that I was able to find is from D John Pons’ “Users Manual: Mitsubishi Delica SpaceGear” (link provided below): I'm curious as to whether the service intervals outlined in the above source are generally considered by Delica.CA members as appropriate, or whether any of the mentioned intervals are out of whack (and whether there are any additional important service items that are missing from the chart).
Any thoughts?
