Who is running Rancho RS5000

Post by Feds »

Cheap me is looking at the buy-one-get-one-half-price deal on Rancho shocks at Canadian Tire this week, AND the $50 gift card from my birthday and wondering if anyone has real-world experience with the RS5000's on an L400. How do they ride/handle (mostly on road, offroad basically slow crawls)?

I'm installing a lift kit once the weather warms up, and its either the ranchos or the procomps (unless someone has the 2"-longer part numbers for Bilstein, I can't find them).

ALSO:

Running specs, If you're looking for "just a shock" for a lifted Deli, try Monroe 34868 for the front. Crosses to a dodge van/truck, so it should be close in valving, looks like it needs a bushing to replace the cross-bar. Also 37018 (fits a Ranger) has the right length and no cross bar.

Rear ECS shock seems to cross with a Mazda CX-9 (Monroe 37331)
