Both are bit wiggly and that's annoying, how to remove/tighten them?

If it the mirror that loose on the mount to the roof? There are three screws under the plastic trim, you need to pop that off and tighten them up, if it's the mirror loose on the stalk? Then there is not a lot you can do :( time to scour the breakers for a replacement

you need to pop the plastic trim plate off and under there are some screws that need tightening

The passenger dash handle is bolted on from the inside of the dash. Remove the glove box and you should be able to find the nuts on the inside of the dash.

So I tried to pop the plastic off, pulled down on the mirror, the whole thing snapped out of the triangular bracket screwed (3 screws) to the ceiling. Now I have the bracket that sits firm in the ceiling and the mirror in my hand. I seems that triangular bracket had worn off on the inside, tried to put the mirror arm back in, seems difficult, and besides, today is too cold to do that. Maybe a bit of epoxy glue will do the trick...
