Maximum Overdrive shows these on their site - maybe worth a phone call to see if they have them!

Princess Auto has the roof baskets in stock 1/2 price for $100 right now in their sale flyer. Source out a roof rack from Craigslist. A Thule rack will fit. :-D

Your best but more expensive rack/basket is the custom build from any of the local builders. :-D :-D

I bought a rack from Maximum Overdrive and have been happy with it thus far - had it a couple years now

Anyone else run into issues of rusting with the Max Overdrive roof racks? I found all the screws are already rusted, and the rest of the rack is starting, and mine is < 1 year old.

Yes, my steel bolts rusted right away, but otherwise the rack itself is still alright. I'm not overly concerned, it's a rack and it is going to get abused and eventually rust. I've had it for a couple years now, seems to be holding together just fine.

Hey Almac, do you know if the rack would fit a l400? And if so is it still available?

I still have it but I'm unsure if it would fit an L400. :?

My rack/basket is on an L400 but you'd have to buy the gasser under it as well. Not a bad deal, come see it at the Delica Meet on Wednesday.
