Trying to get as handle on what size lift might be on this unit, shocks, front and rear bars, and springs all appear to be pro comps, also the rims appear to be aftermarket and with the fender flares I'm assuming the wheels/tires are wider than stock, any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thanks

Looks like a mild 1-2" lift it at all. Can't see the tire size but looks like 30" tires.
Looks like a clean unit. Always loved the JAOS wrap around bars !

Does it have wheel spacers? The tires stick out quite a bit.
But the wheels look like still have positive offset.

Well my vans arrived so got a few questions answered, Mardy emailed me about 45 close-up pic's this morning, it turns out the rims are 16's with 245/70R/16s with what appears to be a modest 1 or 2in lift. She appears to be a clean machine with no rust, and the all pro-comp heavy duty suspension kit on it is in good shape. Bonus is the lights on the bulbar turn out to be IPF SuperRally 930's and the IPF fogs are in good shape. I will be arriving at the coast on July 30th to pick her up and plan on spending Thurs and Fri getting a new stereo sys installed, then heading over to the island for the weekend, then starting a leisurely 2400 km ride home. Plan on taking Hwy 3 with stops in the Okanagan,West Kootenays, and Fernie, then across southern Alberta, Sask, and Manitoba. Any tips on additional mechanical work or mods I should have done before leaving the coast and tackling the Hope/Princeton and Crowsnest passes, above and beyond the dealer service package, as there appears to be extra cash left in the budget.

due to the high temps, I would make sure the entire coolant system is checked over, and have the radiator thoroughly cleaned.
the addition of a good pyrometer would also be a wise addition.

I second that - knowing how hard your engine is actually running is valuable info.
