They are not recommended for industrial NG engines that are designed to run multi fuel setups where diesel is one of the fuels. Petrocanada introduced an NG blend and its not intended for diesel engines.
It may vary from one manufacturer to another.....do your research and let us know.

FYI: Because diesel engines generate soot in the combustion cycle the oil a diesel engine needs has to be able to keep soot particles in their place (so they don't gather and get larger).

If you're thinking of trying NGEO's for their longevity you need to be aware of the engine differences.....filtration in a stationary nat-gas engine is quite a bit different compared to your road grinding Delica. There is also the soot dispersion factor that diesels need from their oil and NGEO's don't show this ability....at least not from I read from a few lube spec sheets.
