hi there,

I'm looking into buying my first Delica in the greater Vancouver. Lucky for us there are plenty for sale here.

I would need your expertise since I'm part of the 99% women who don't know anything about car. I read several threads and I realise that having the vehicle inspected is the best bet. I will do so at CVI Richmond but I need help to narrow down my options.

It seems cheap considering the milage. Would you consider buying it ? at what conditions ?

What is the average lifespan of a well maintened Delica ? Can I expect a Delica to go over 350 000 kms ?

Thanks for your help,

I paid 5000 for mine in 2012, been a real gem the whole time....after i had the service work done of course.....that was another 2k.

But about the Jasper: The front tires have some cupping/feathered wear patterns....the suspension and steering linkage should be checked over for worn parts.....it may only need a simple alignment but best to check.

Does is burn blue, black or white when started? CVI can diagnose if that occurs.

I think you have a good one here but you could always say purchase is contingent on passing a CVI inspection......then you have some piece of mind.
