Calgary - Delica Tech Nite-confirmed for Sat April 25

If the weather holds for the next little while I thought I might open my new garage up for a tech night.

In fact I want to do this on January 30th for a few hours if any of the local Delica/Pajero owners are up for it.

If your beast leaks more oil than it burns I won't allow in my shop as the floors are not sealed yet as I don't want any nasty oil stains on my new cement pad.

We can talk about glow plugs, stereos, brakes, general maintenance and this event is open to l300, L400 and Pajero owners.

If there is enough interest I'll send the invite via PM to those who are serious. PS this is a 3 car garage with 8' tall doors so most Delica's (even mild lifted ones ) will fit inside.

I have been wanting to get up to Calgary for a meet, but always seem to miss them for work. I think this would be worth the drive and I am 72% sure I will be in Calgary this weekend (and that is pretty good with my job!). That sounds like it would be great fun!

I think postponing might be a good idea for all involved.

The tech night is still going forward on Jan 30th. The garage is heated and well lit.

Plan on coming as I will be here doing some custom stereo work regardless.

Due to lack of attendees I am going to postpone this tech night until spring sometime. Stay tuned for rescheduled date.

End of Feb and I only just found this post.
Is something still in the works? I'm in Rundle with a White '94 l400 Super Exceed and would be very much interested in a tech night.
I'll subscribe to this thread so I don't miss whats happening again...

The tech night will have to wait until late April. I have too many house and garage projects to finish. Really want my garage insluation done before I host anything.
