Looking for headlamp cover (glass cover) for a 94 delica L300. both driver and passenger side.

Not sure you can buy just the cover for the L300 headlamp. I know you can for the L400 due to the expensiveness of those lamps, 'though they still come in pairs. The L300 lamps are not as expensive, you can get them at CVI, Amazing Auto, RSI, Maximum Overdrive...
