I can't find any references on the board to changing out the filter for the cabin air conditioning filter. Most manufacturers recommend a new cabin air filter every two years or so. Is this a part we can get here easily? How about its location?

?
With the way some JDM's have been 'smoked up' these would really be worn out. BTY, have had both the front dash and rear heat plenums apart; haven't seen a filter. Would be interested to find that there is one in there somewhere.
I have slight allergy's you know.

Kev

Are you sure they exist? I have yet to see one on a vehicle from this vintage but it wouldn't surprise me. If you know that they have them, I will tear mine apart to find it but I suspect it doesnt exist.

I took a good look at the air intake system, and I'm pretty much positive these things don't have a cabin air filter... that said, with the amount of dust that gets in on dirt roads, I'm seriously considering finding a way to jerry-rig one!

Hmmm,
I was just assuming that there was one. Sounds like there isn't, so problem solved (ish).
