Summer fixin' plans

i have a few things that I would like to do to my l300 this summer. In no particular order:
Get rid of middle console. I would like to have easy access to the back of the van (vw van style)
Get rid of carpet. I have some flooring left over from a job last year. Would like to use it in the back.
Fix chair wobble.
Fix wet foot syndrome.
New suspension
Get rid of hot/cold box.
L300 will be hitting 300k in the month or so. I should have a party for her.
Has anyone done any of these things? I have seen the link for the chair wobble. Good link.

I added a leaf to my rear suspension and re-indexed my torsion bars to compensate. See this thread.
As far as removing the centre console ~ you know there is an engine in the way, eh?

See if you can replace the cushion lid with the cheaper plastic lid (like in the MLB), much easier to slide over, eh?

yea. I have plans, but don't have the facilities.
I want to:
1. sandblast the front of Tessen, from the headlights down and rockguard it.
2. sandblast the front brushguard at the same time as #1 and rockguard that too.
3. revove the plastic bottom flairing all the way around the bottom of her and... you guessed it; sandblast and rockguard.
4. remove the top rack and rebuild the entire thing in light weight aluminum.
5. remove the rear tire carrier and redesign the pivot and make it lighter somehow, like using aluminum for the 'upper swing arm'. insert more rockguard here.
biggest project is redesign the interior camper, remove the middle seat, and add 12v refrigerator and storage area.
all in all, I have a lot of work to do.

this is a job I have been putting off for a very long time; too long.
because my access to a sandblaster is limited at best, I'm thinking of sourcing another front and removing my brushguard. this way I can still drive my van while I get the blasting and rockguarding done and swap everything over on a weekend.
anyone know where I can source a front piece for a L300 in reasonable shape??
