Another Deli with cold start issues

Hi all. New to the forum and new to Deli's. We've got a '92 L300 that is having issues with cold start.
I've been doing lots of reading on here and am leaning towards injectors or the IP. I've changed glow plugs and it didn't change a thing. Bought them straight from Mitsubishi.
The van starts up and runs fine when it has been plugged in, but even with the warmer weather we've been having lately, if I leave it overnight and try to fire up in the morning, it's a no go. I can get it to catch for a few seconds. It idles really rough and then cuts out. I would take it in to CVI but I live in the far southeast corner of BC, in Fernie. I will be in Vancouver in September for a couple months but would like to be able to camp this summer and not have to stress about whether or not the van is gonna fire up in the morning.
Any suggestions on shops in the Calgary area that would deal with Delicas, or would a diesel shop be just as good? I don't mind doing the work myself, but my diesel experience is limited and I just want to get this figured out.
Thanks for the help

Sounds similar to what had been happening to me, very likely the injection pump.

As the engine heats up (or stays heated due to the block heater) the seals swell and prevent leakage of air. When it sits overnight with cool gaskets, air can seep in.

What you can do as an intern fix is to put half a bottle of Engine STOP LEAK in the next 2 fill ups, this helps to swell the gasket and can help reduce or remove the symptoms.

Hope that works for you!
