Yesterday I went to put my seatbelt on and it would not retract. I have tried several times and several methods of tugging and pulling on the belt to try to get it to retract and it won't. Right now I have the full length of the seatbelt stuck out of the base.

Does anyone have any info on how to get the seatbelt to retract again? This is the first time it has happened and I want to get it fixed ASAP because I don't think it would help me at all in an accident

I can not help with that specific model, but generally you would remove the plastic trim and unbolt the seat belt mechanism to get it out. The most common thing is the retracting spring being broken or unsprung because some plastic bracket/holder/housing gave up.
With some luck and skill you may be able to repair it, rewind the spring, and put everything back together and working, at least until you found a proper replacement. I have done that.
Be careful when unmounting it, some have a pyro powered belt retracting system (which is impact triggered) and you do not want that to get off.
