Does anyone know how to get in touch with Mike Woods or Brian Kanga? I need to speak to them about my new headlights.

Hi, Robin,
if your inspector dont know about this headlight try to find another inspection facility who know about this Imports headlight, as like other delica owner they pass this kind of headlight, this E4 headlight is for left hand drive country they used it in phils, taiwan & china.
your inspector should pass it. maybe he dont know.
about brian kangas, Prov.Motor vehicle office in victoria, they are on holiday now, but wait for few days & will ask my inspector about his tel. number , he always talk to him, they have a direct line.
here in B.C. they pass E4 & E13 e-mark code in B.C.
