Google is your friend (apart from that privacy thing).
Putting the MR232151 number into Google brings up a bunch of results for me, including one at Amazon (you could buy the part there if you have to) which cross-references a bunch of other part numbers. Try one of these: MC994292, MR232151, ASHUKI - 08760005; FI. DI. - GUM93; HERTH+BUSS JAKOPARTS - J2925000; JAPANPARTS - 6605502; KAISHIN - GUM93; MITSUBISHI - MB293425; MITSUBISHI - MB837951, 6605502, D156002, JO502, MB293425, MB837951, MC834855, MC994292, ASM-93
Of course, this advice is from the Internet via a guy you don't know who lives on the other side of the planet, so use at your own risk
Oh, regarding the way parts catalogues work: The 31829 is an illustration identifier only used in the parts catalogue. To find the real-world part number you need to use the cross-reference table. It's a bit counter-intuitive (why use one part number to look up another part number?) but manufacturers do this so that they don't have to change the drawings every time they change a part number, and so they can use the same generic drawings for multiple models of vehicle which might actually use different parts.
