Fusible Link --- Part number?

Hi folks, i haven't posted for a long time, but have used the site to fix various things in the mean while, and am quite appreciative. I have a 91' Deli, L300 (p25w-0516606). i just fried one of the fusible links from hooking up jumper cables backwards in the dark---so embarrassing. anyway, it's the fusible link is the little black box connected to the terminal of the positive battery cable, that says ALT on the sides, and says 100A on the clear front cap. 'Anyone know the part number for it, or where i can find one? Is the fusible link also called a Relay/Alternator Safety: MD 128752? I'm hoping that's all that's wrong. I can jump start my deli but it will only run for about five minutes( the battery is new but gone flat over the summer from not running). I haven't tested the voltage on the battery yet to see if it's below 12.5V while running, in order to test the alternator, because i assume there is no longer a connection to the alternator from the battery now that the fusible link is blown.
