I'd like to wish everybody in Delica-land a happy 2008. May your glowplugs be hot and your starts easy... 
Delicas look so good in the snow. Almost like they belong here:
I'm already looking at maintenance for Gumdrop once things warm up a bit. Batteries, on general principles. A look at the front end: there isn't much adjustment left on the torsion bars. Maybe even the water pump. I don't care if it's noisy (it sometimes is), as long as it's water-tight and pumps water.
