Seems like a simple question.. but everywhere I go, they say they don't have the key blanks available.

Where have you gone to get a spare cut?

Thanks!

I went to a Home Hardware. They had no Mitsu keys at all, and very patiently went through tha whole rack looking for a match. If i remember correctly the key blank that fit was actually for an older Hyundai. Hope this helps.

I got mine make at a place that doesn't seem to exist anymore, Trigg. It's a standard Mitsubishi key, pretty ubiquitous. If the locksmith doesn't have it then they're probably not very good.

Falco.

Try Mount Pleasant Locksmiths at 3128 Main St. I've been in there several times for odd keys for locks and other stuff. The staff in there are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I bet they can help you.

Canadian Tire in Nanaimo cut me three keys in less than 5 minutes.

If Cambodian Tire can do it..... :-D

look up old dodge ram d50 trucks or Dodge Colt Cars. they use the same key blanks as Delica.

Canadian Tire usually has the blanks

Maybe just tell them it's for a Mitsubishi.
Some people get panicky when you mention Delica.

Key style is also the same as the 1995-1997 Talons and Eclipse and likely other Chryslers of the same era (Avenger etc).

Now if someone can find a source for the radio modules for the door locks, I'd be very happy. I'd love to have another key that can remotely lock/unlock the vehicle.

Old post but Canadian Tire is the place. It took me 30 seconds to find the right key myself on the key rack, it was a Toyota key.
