Hey has anyone been having difficulties with their back up alarm/lights not coming on when reversing? Mine seems to be intermittent. Not sure if it is the reverse sensor(unknown location) or what? The mechanical reverse works perfectly so I wired in better reverse light but I'm in despair of fixing this nuisance!

I have the same problem. Been driving me insane. Apparently it is related to weak wires around where the door opens, they chafe on each other and short.

I have not found the spot yet though.

If I wiggle the shifting tower they both come one but as soon as its into gear its off.
