Feeler: Part out or whole van

I just took the head off my van, and it looks like it needs a new one. 1996 Royal Exceed that I've had for 4 years. Currently 210,000 kms on it
I just put a lift kit and new shocks under it, put a rebuilt IP in it last summer, it comes with a spare IP (working, IP wasn't the problem), I have new brakes for it that I haven't installed, and a tonne of other parts that I'd include (injectors, glow plugs, etc). It's got a hitch and a brake controller, snorkel, ladder, GPS head unit, and some other stuff.
It's basically a finished product that needs a head.
Downside (?) is that the van is in Ontario.
I'm just trying to decide if I part it, or sell it whole to someone who wants to put a new head on it.
So, feeler price is $4,000. That includes basically new 235/85/16 Duratracs on powder coated Pajero rims. If you want stock rims price comes down to $3k. GTA delivery is negotiable, we could probably figure out cross-country freight too.
