My passenger side headlight is completely off when I have Daytime Running Lights or low beam on. If I switch on hi-beam, both lamps turn on.
The drivers side works for all DRL, low and high beam.
What would cause this? It worked fine yesterday, stopped today.

Burned lamp,it might looks like they are both on but usually the filament for the high beam will be much brighter. Check the voltage drop at the pigtail if you have battery voltage, perhaps a bad connections, or corrosion.

Thanks, I worry it might be the wiring, but I will check the bulbs first

I checked the bulb and the bulb is fine. The wire at the exit of the connect is a bit frayed. I can bend it and it will stay on, but after idling for a period of time or driving the wire moves just enough to break the connection. Upon closer inspection, the plug connector looks a bit melted.
