I have spent a 'lot' of time cruising the forum and glancing over tons of pictures. There is one thing that seems to be extremely common. No one has fender flares! Well, not 'no one' but it's extremely rare to see any of your rigs with the stock flares.

Is this just to open up the wheel wells for larger tires? Do they just get poached or peeled off before they arrive in CA? Are all the kids gonna laugh at me for keeping mine?

What's the story morning glory?

Mine arrived without them. They are not stock as far as I am aware.

I like the look of the factory option fender flares, but they don't seem to have been a popular option.

Ah, so they were just optioned out of the majority of imports. Ya, I don't mind the look. Good quality, and functional. Definitely not an afterthought.
