Um as a practicing scientist, one with a couple of decades of interest and involvement in alternate energy sources, I did listen to the shared YouTube link for about 20 minutes. Not an expert at all concerning electron physics but there was many nonsense statements regarding science theories.

Most importantly there is no free energy that can be created out of nothing. That violates the energy conservation laws that to date have never been disproved.

I have spent a little time studying radio waves and plasma physics as it relates to both analytical testing and communication uses, but can't understand how his device could work. True there is lots I don't understand, and eagerly read all I can find on vibration energies and holistic medicine, seriously enjoy learning about these subjects because of the vast theories that haven't been shown/measured/witnessed but can not be explained. I've even had a couple I didn't believe until I'd seen it work moments. But after reading through the construction blueprints also for this device, myself I don't believe this.
