Excited for Series 2 L400 in Kootenays!

Hi!
New to the forum. Waiting to get our White 2000 series 2 L400 Space Gear with 87000 kms shipped
!!!!
Opted for auction instead of domestic purchase because we wanted to get something with lower Kms. Tired to find one with Crystal lite roof and ladder but much harder to find than I thought. Still very excited about our van and making it a off-road camper.
Should be here by February.
We are planning on a road trip south in early spring. BC, Washington, Oregon, California, AZ, NV, New Mexico, Utah, WY, and home! Might have to extend our trip a little longer to get all this in. Any Delica owners down south that would want to meet up?
I'm not a wiz with mechanics, but not afraid to get my hands dirty and work on my own rig. Used to have a E-350 that I fully camperized when I was 23 before all the cool kids bought vans to live in. haha
Here is the mod list that I would like to get done before we go.
I will be asking lots of questions along the way.
Wish list:
Xrox bull bar (has anyone tried a DIY bull bar here in Canada?)
There is probably more to the list that i'm missing. putting it down in writing is a little overwhelming. haha
Looking forward to meeting other Delica owners and having a new van!

Do I have to get new lights with series 2 L400. Been reading a lot of different opinions.
regular maintenance: fluid flush,oil change, filters, brakes, etc.
New Tires (looking at 30" BFG A/T or Discovery ) and new steelies
suspension lift kit / spacers from CCAutos
Snorkel (only found one supplier in Aus that can ship, delicagarage) Anyone else know of any?
New battery
Aux batteries and solar panel kit for charging electronics and all associated components
fm band expander (or new deck if old one is no good)
ARB Awning
rear hitch
Rear Tire carrier
thule roof rack
custom interior bed platform, sliding drawers.

I'd love to meet up and have a chat. I've never seen an L400 in person, and us Yanks won't get to own one for a couple more years. 100% pure unobtainium for us Americans.
