Battery drain

So my door ajar warning light on the instrument clutter is always illuminated even though my doors are all closed. The light even illuminates when the key is not in the ignition and the car is parked. Well on several times now, because the car is not a daily driver, I have come out to find my battery dead. I am assuming the problem comes from that warning light always on.

So my question is does anyone know if there is a fuse that I can pull which controls that light? My fuse box of course is in Japanese so I can't read it. Or can I cut a wire from either my sliding door or tailgate to at least turn that light off?

I do a lot of camping in my Delica and the doors are open quite a bit at the camp sites. I ended up pulling the instrument cluster (very easy, there's a how to somewhere on the site) and removed the door ajar lamp.

I like that idea of removing the bulb. I'll research that thanks.

just take 1/2h of your time and properly troubleshoot the cause. probably have a bad connection with the door warning switches instead! Then when you're ready to sell at least it's done professionally!
