Hello folks,

After doing some research regarding oil filters on here, I decided to order a Baldwin BD 28 for my '93 L300 Super Exceed. The thing cost me over $45.00. I'm first hoping it fits and secondly hoping its a great filter, cause that's the most money I've ever paid for an oil filter in my entire life.........

Any reassurance would be greatly appreciated at this time.

I use that filter. It fits. I don't have any comments on performance though.

I typically pay $22 plus tax @ Peterbuilt trucks! I used to use them but found recently they can leak if not really tight.

I ordered these and the fuel filters from Fitinpart.sg. Shipping was free over $75, 3 days with DHL. With duty and taxes came out to $17 per oil filter and fuel filter. Group buy?! Ralph in Winnipeg

Thanks for the responses guys. The links you included look interesting Ralph. Those prices are pretty good.

Anyway, glad the oil filter will fit my van. I'll consider this a spring treat for my ride:)

Hi Phil, fitinpart.sg is in Singapore. I was talking to a guy in Vancouver that has a Toyota Dyna and is a rhd guy and he gave me the idea. He gets his filters from them and the website is quite informative with all the dimensions and such. Worked for me.
